Another nonprofit communications expert takes notice of FORGE. Funny that I (and others) said that Kjerstin was taking a big risk by being transparent, but communication consultants are going ga-ga over how awesome her strategy is. Maybe Kjerstin is proving that being transparent (ie. honest) isn't actually risky.
