		<description>Thanks for the great advice. I believe deeply that financial advising (for both philanthropists and non-philanthropists)  is not just a numbers game. All great advisors understand that they are working with people, not just with those people's money.</description>

		<description>You might already be planning to do this...I would highly recommend having a couple of your clients/philanthropists interview your final prospects. Some people are great with numbers, other financial advisors, etc. but are not as comfortable with donors.</description>
