		<description>Right on Robert!  Thanks for putting it out there.  I consider myself a member of the two groups you mentioned - the next generation and a person of color.  I believe we need to do a better job in embracing these changes, especially in mainstream non-profits such as United Ways, Red Crosses and Big Brothers.  It's hard to move ahead and bring about change when the majority of volunteers and leadership staff at these types of organizations don't look like you or don't really reflect the people they serve.  I have seen this type of inclusion in entry level positions but not in leadership levels.  Now there are organizations that are doing a great job out there, going beyond tokenism, but these are organizations that are more grassroots and have deep roots in these communities such as the Urban League. Now we, as the new generation of nonprofiteers must work hard to bring about this change and put forth new and innovative ideas and not be afraid of putting ourselves out there and we must do it in a way that brings our generations together.  I think we'll get the best results when we work together with "Robert's generation of Baby Boomers" to bring about this change!  Adelante Robert!
