		<description>I agree that people do receive benefits when they give back. Go to &lt;a href="http://www.everydaygiving.com/volunteer.htm" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.everydaygiving.com/volunteer.htm&lt;/a&gt; for a list of 18 potential benefits that a person can receive for volunteering.

I also believe it is better to have a business to give back with an expectation of growing due to that action than a business that does not give.
